In collaboration with Wendy Iglehart, an FCSHRM member and graduate student/ SHINE Lab participant at the University of Hartford, whose Lab is partnering with Brown University, all FCSHRM members are invited to participate in a Pulse Survey to gauge your future interest in participating in a more extensive study on machine learning and artificial intelligence in hiring.

If you are an HR professional in organizational consulting, talent acquisition, industrial/ organizational psychology and/ or you are passionate about promoting and ensuring diversity and inclusion in your hiring practices, you are invited to answer a brief, 90-second survey to confirm your willingness to participate in the study in late 2025.  Your consideration is very much appreciated.
