FCSHRM was founded as a SHRM Chapter on September 24, 1975. We celebrated our 40th anniversary as a chapter in 2015.
FCSHRM is a proud recipient of the 2019 Platinum EXCEL Award in recognition of our leadership and successful partnership with SHRM to serve the networking and professional development needs of human resource professionals and to advance the human resource profession in Frederick, Maryland and its surrounding areas.
