Join this month's innovative roundtable session led by Angela Kinna, SPHR, SHRM-SCP and Peg McGreevy, SPHR, SHRM-SCP to explore four unique and relevant scenarios that can daunt even the most seasoned HR professional. The case scenarios we will explore emphasize essentials and theories related to workforce management, human resource planning, and employment law. We'll challenge you to think on your feet, exercise sound judgment, apply concepts in real time situations, and work collaboratively to reach decisions.

Angela Kinna, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, MBA
Angela is a Human Resources expert with 10 years of Leadership experience in maximizing performance and improving results. Her expertise is in coaching leaders through change and performance management concerns and she specializes as a strategic thought partner to help leaders confront business realities. Her goal is to guide all levels of leadership to make the best employee and business decisions.
Angela gives back to the community through the Women2Women Mentoring program where she serves as a mentor. She has been an active member of Frederick County SHRM since 2008 and has served on the Board of Directors in several positions including President.
Angela is a resident of Frederick County. In her spare time she enjoys cycling, indoors and out and traveling to new places.
Peg McGreevy, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, MBA
Peg is a leader in Human Resources with a passion for executing innovative strategies, implementing transformational change, building collaborative relationships, and achieving organizational efficiencies. She is skilled in facilitation, talent management, employee relations, lean process improvement, and strategic planning.
Peg is the Vice President of Human Resources for Frederick County Bank (FCB) where she also serves as a key member of the bank’s senior leadership team. Prior to her time at FCB, she worked for a large global asset management company where, aside from gaining expertise in Human Resources, she also acquired experience and knowledge in Project Management and Global Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery. A Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma, Peg also holds certifications in 360 Performance Feedback, MBTI®, and Korn Ferry’s Leadership Architect™ Global Competency Framework.
Peg graduated magna cum laude and with Honors from Hood College (B.S., Retail Management with a Minor in Advertising), and With Honors from Mount St. Mary’s University (M.B.A. with a Concentration in Marketing). She is actively involved with Blessings in a Backpack, Frederick County Public Schools, and Frederick County Society for Human Resource Management where she is the VP, Programs. In addition, Peg serves on the Woman to Woman Mentoring Program Committee and Frederick Memorial Hospital’s Business & Industry Committee.
When she’s not busy building the latest and greatest Lego® creation with her son, you can find her trying new recipes in the kitchen, helping to coordinate outreach projects at church, or planning her family’s next jet skiing adventure.
