Frederick County Society of Human Resources Management (FCSHRM) is a recognized chapter of Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). FCSHRM was founded on September 24, 1975.
SHRM is the leading voice of the human resource profession, representing the interests of more than 155,000 professional and student members from around the world. Formerly the American Society for Personnel Management, SHRM provides its membership with education and information services, conferences and seminars, government and media representation, and publications that equip human resource professionals to become leaders and decision makers within their organizations
FCSHRM is 130 members strong and growing. Our diverse membership represents all HR practice areas and ranges from self-employed generalists to specialists working for some of the largest employers.
